Prove that: The points \( A(-2,5) \), \( B(3,3) \) and \( C(-4,2) \) are non-collinear.

And if \( D(-9,4) \), prove that: The figure ABCD is a parallelogram.

\( BC < AB + CA \) ∴ A, B, C are non-collinear points
\( AB \equiv CD \), \( BC \equiv AD \) ∴ ABCD is a parallelogram
